The 544M operates with our standard CNC keyboard and can be combined with an auxiliary keyboard. For cost sensitive applications, an off the shelf USB keyboard and monitor can be used. We offer a wireless keyboard with CNC operations tied to the top row of function key caps. A USB mouse can be used to jog the machine using the scroll wheel to jog up and down.

Modify our standard layout with a custom pendant face and quick keys to improve operator efficiency during job set-up, program editing, and memory management. Custom key caps and functions can be provided for OEM's who want to provide a unique look and feel for their customers. The data and info of the CNC is sent by the 544M to a PC running a graphics program for screen display. Changing the color scheme, layout, font,... can be easily modified for a custom look and feel without requiring any modification to our CNC source code.

Modification of the screens does not require a high level of programming. We can provide source code to customers who wish to generate screens on their own. Alternatively, send us your artwork and our engineers can modify the layout and implement your artwork to your exact standards.

Menu Prompting
Experience effortless machine operation with our system, which displays all functions in clear
English and guides you through the entire setup process step by step. Our quick setup utilities
streamline part setup, automating complex offset steps to save you time and ensure precision.
Jog Away
For precision and efficiency, our system lets you pause program execution and JOG any axis
without interrupting the machining operation. Resume program execution seamlessly from the
new position or automatically return to the original position, ensuring maximum flexibility and
control during operation.
Macro Language
A standard feature that allows you to generate and customize programs.
Commands
Commands such as PRINT, SPRINT, INPUT, IF-THEN, GOTO and CLEAR are available. Math functions can perform tasks to generate 3-D surfaces such as spheres, cones, spiral pocketing and more. Macros can reference 100 user-reserved variables; including axis position, tool length and diameter or radius, fixture offsets, touchpoints, tool timers, clocks and current tool.
FANUC® Compatibility
Designed with veteran Fanuc users in mind, the 544M allows you to run existing Fanuc programs on Fadal machines with little to no editing. Learn Mode
A powerful tool that simplifies programming like never before. With the 544M CNC, simply JOG the machine axes to your desired positions, and the control automatically records them into the program. It's effortless, intuitive, and designed to make precision machining easier than ever.
1) Create custom menus that enable you to select the number of parts, sizes, or number of holes.
2) Perform Statistical Process Control (SPC). When combined with the optional probe, touch-points can be output
to the serial port for data collection or printed forms may be generated.
3) Define machine shapes via mathematical formula.
4) Write macros that can create a family of parts.
5) Create a custom, tool-life management system.
6) Perform conditional programming, which allows modifying the machining process according to operator response or inspection results from a probe.
USE A PC TO ENHANCE PRODUCTIVITY
The 544M connects to a Windows computer through a USB dongle. Screen data is streamed to the PC and displayed on a connected monitor. The PC has no control capability and functions only as an HMI device. The 544M software requires little processing power and other programs can be run without affecting the display of CNC information.

Having a computer at the machine brings a host of productivity enhancement possibilities.

Operators can generate CAD/CAM programs at the machine, remotely vie 544M operation TeamViewer/Google remote desktop, check emails, move files from the network into me pull files from anywhere on the network then place them into the memory of the 544M. This is also a nice way to perform program simulation using the software of your choice.
